Overview
If you're having trouble accessing a survey in RoundTables, you're not alone — permissions are one of the most common issues users encounter. This article walks you through why access issues happen and exactly how to resolve them.
Why Can't I Access My Survey?
There are several reasons you may be blocked from opening or completing a survey:
1. You haven't been granted access yet Surveys in RoundTables are access-controlled. An LP must explicitly grant you permission to respond. If you received a notification but can't open the survey, your access may not have been fully activated yet.
2. You're logged into the wrong account If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you're logged into RoundTables with the exact email the survey invitation was sent to. Accessing the platform with a different email will result in a permissions error.
3. Your invitation link has expired Survey links are time-sensitive. If you're clicking an older email link, it may no longer be valid. Contact the LP who sent the survey to request a fresh invitation.
4. A colleague was delegated in your place If an LP has delegated survey completion to a colleague on your behalf, you may no longer have direct access. Check with your internal team to confirm who has been assigned to respond.
5. The survey has already been submitted Once a survey is submitted, it is locked by default. If you need to make changes, see our article on Reopening a Submitted Survey.
How to Resolve a Permissions Issue
Follow these steps in order:
Step 1 — Verify your login email Go to your RoundTables profile and confirm the email address on your account matches the one the survey was sent to.
Step 2 — Clear your cache and retry Sometimes browser cache causes login state issues. Clear your cookies and cache, log out completely, then log back in and try accessing the survey again.
Step 3 — Check your spam or junk folder Survey invitations can occasionally be filtered. Search your inbox for an email from Lenox Park Solutions and make sure you're using the most recent link.
Step 4 — Contact the LP who sent the survey If steps 1–3 don't resolve the issue, reach out to the LP directly and ask them to verify your access is correctly set up on their end.
