To streamline reporting management and fortify data security, RoundTables will implement the restriction of admin seats to 3 per unsubscribed account.
On RoundTables, we are committed to continually enhancing the user experience and security for our valued platform members. This adjustment aims to provide designated administrators with greater control over core data, facilitating easier management and secure sharing of information within your organization.
Benefits of the Change
Enhanced Security
Restricting the number of admin seats helps bolster the security of your organizational profile. By limiting the number of users with administrative privileges, the risk of unauthorized access and potential data breaches is significantly reduced.
Maximized Efficiency:
With a maximum of three admin seats, organizational profiles become more manageable. This ensures that key administrative tasks and decisions are concentrated among a select group of individuals, promoting efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Greater Control:
Designated administrators now have exclusive control over core data within the organizational profile. This facilitates a streamlined and organized approach to data management, minimizing the chances of errors and ensuring data integrity
Collaboration Now
Admins retain the ability to interact seamlessly with Verified Members on RoundTables. Verified Members can be assigned either Contributor or Viewer permissions on a per-user and action basis. This granular control allows admins to tailor access levels to suit specific roles and responsibilities within the organization.
Contributor Permissions: (Current)
Contributors can actively participate in discussions, contribute content, and collaborate on items within where specifically permitted. Ideal for team members who require the ability to make changes and contribute on a per-action basis.
Viewer Permissions: (Release TBA)
Viewers have read-only access, allowing them to review content and stay informed without the ability to make changes. Suited for individuals who need access to information but do not require active contribution, such as legal or compliance.
