Analytics
Permanent tabs located on RoundTables that reflect benchmarking and analytics of a given firm, survey, or investment.
Admin
Admins are members of an organization with defined privileges that allow them to perform certain functions on RoundTables, such as Access Requests, Reporting maintenance, and other configuration settings.
Access Request(s)
Access Requests are requests from new users to join the identified organization. Access requests are managed on the Permissions page within My Organization.
Active Surveys Widget
A widget on the RoundTables homepage displaying open surveys for the organization, as a host or participant, and for the individual.
Assets Under Management (AUM)
The total, current assets under management for the organization, entity, or fund specified.

Board
A data section collecting the current board members for any advisory, governance, or other board of the relevant entity.
Benchmark
An aggregate, de-identified set of scores against which individual organizations or portfolios are measured within RoundTables.
C
Contacts
Contacts are external connections that your organization has made. Overall Contacts for your organization are stored and maintained within your Organization's profile on RoundTables.
Core Data
Core data is any data that is unique and unchanging to the organization or entity registered. Outside of ongoing maintenance, such as new hires, attritions, policy changes, etc, it is not subject to change.
Corporate Title
Corporate titles indicate seniority. They are not necessarily one's official day to day title.
Contributor
Contributor(s) are users invited to participate in a survey request. Contributors can also consist of users that were not directly invited, but have permission to access all requests on behalf of their organization.
Caregiver/Guardian/Parent
An individual who provides direct care for a child, older adult, someone with a disability, or someone who is chronically ill.
Citizen
An individual who has certain rights (political, civil, social), privileges, and duties of membership to a political community (nation, state, etc.).

Decision Maker
A data section collecting Senior Leadership and/or Ownership of the relevant entity.
Date of Promotion
Date of promotion to Senior Leadership position within the organization or entity specified. This is not applicable to individuals that were externally hired to position.
Date of Joining
Date of joining is the date an individual was hired to or joined the organization or entity specified.

Email Verification
A verification link received via a user's email at the time of registration.
Exchange
Exchange is a sourcing and filtering tool for new partner, supplier, or investment applications.
F
Functional Title
Functional titles are an individual's area of responsibility. Functional Title is not necessarily one's official day-to-day title.
First-Generation College Graduate
An individual who graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent but whose parents do not hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
G
Gender Expansive
A gender grouping encompassing a broader spectrum of gender identities than those typically associated with the binary gender framework, excluding non-binary and transgender.
Global Industries
Classification found in Overview of an organization or entities' Sector, Industry Group/ Industry and relevant Sub-Industries, Asset Classes, and Sub-Strategies.
Groups
Group labels are found in Decision Makers and identify the Senior Leadership and/or Ownership role(s) of an individual or entity.

Historical Insights
Data section collecting Hires, Attritions, and Promotions of all Full-Time Employees for the past 3 calendar years.
I
Immigrant (Immigration Identity)
An individual living in a country other than that of their birth.
Inception Date
Inception data is the date on which the named organization, entity, etc. was formed or incorporated.
Investment Staff
Data section collecting Junior and Senior professionals of all investment staff within an organization.
Invited As
Column in contacts identifying the organization or entity specified in invitation. See Registered As.
Isolated Data Event
Instances of data sharing outside Reporting. These instances account for the alteration of data submitted, while maintaining the integrity an Organization's Reporting profile and general scores. See Survey Isolation.

LPI
The Lenox Park Diversity Impact Score (“LPI”) is a measure of diversity across staff, senior leadership, and ownership within an organization.
LGBTQIA2S+
LGBTQIA2S+ refers to individuals who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Two-Spirited, or identify as a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Language Spoken
Language in which an individual is proficient in speaking/signing, writing, and reading a written/verbal/nonverbal language.

My Organization
My Organization is the profile management section of the registered organization on RoundTables. This section consists of things such as Reporting, Member, and Contact management, as well as general Settings.
My Profile
My Profile is the personal profile management section of a registered user on RoundTables. This section consists of contact and demographic information, as well as general Settings.
Members
Members are employees of the entity, or organization, named in profile. Also referred to as Users.
Members (page)- A tab located within My Organization. Here, existing members, their permissions, and new member access requests are managed.
Members (permission)- Members are verified individuals registered to an organization on RoundTables. They have minimal permissions and access, most often needing direct invite to access areas other than their profile.
Military Members
Military Members are individuals who is active, reserve, or discharged from any branch of the active military. Also includes former military members or veterans.

Nationality
Sharing a common origin, culture, and traditions of a particular nation.
O
Ownership (LPI x Ownership score)
A subscore of the Lenox Park Diversity Impact Score (“LPI”), measuring diversity across ownership within an organization.
P
Prime (LPI x Prime score)
A subscore of the Lenox Park Diversity Impact Score (“LPI”), measuring diversity across senior leadership and staff within an organization.
Peer Organized Domains (“PODs”)
Private peer groups that provide collaboration around investments, events, research, and more.
Practices
A section containing standardized questions related to activities in areas, areas such as DEI or ESG.
Primary Contact
The overall point contact of the organization or entity specified.
Person(s) With a Disability
An individual who has a record of, or is regarded as having, a physical, mental, intellectual, or sensory impairment that substantially limits their ability to carry out day-to-day activities.

Reporting (Reporting Profile)
Also referred to as the Reporting profile, Reporting warehouses core data for the registered entity. Reporting should be completed and maintained prior to sharing this data elsewhere on RoundTables.
Registered As
Column in contacts identifying the organization or entity to which an individual is currently registered on RoundTables . See Invited As.

Senior Leadership
Senior Leadership consists of C-Suite and those individuals reporting directly to the CEO (or Managing General Partner) who manage a division with profit and loss (P&L) within an organization. In larger organizations, this may also include individuals within two reporting levels of the CEO (or Managing General Partner) that lead a division with P&L. See Defining Senior Leadership.
Scores Widget
A widget on the RoundTables homepage displaying the organization's LPI, Prime, Ownership, and Transparency scores.
Specified Data Points
Referring to Gender, Race/Ethnicity, and any other selection other than those that fall under Not Specified. See Gender and/or Race/Ethnicity.

Transparency (LPI x Transparency Score)
LPI x Transparency is a score designed to assess the quality and completeness of diversity impact data.
Total Full-Time Employees
Total Full-Time Employees (general)- Individuals that are salaried (full-time) or, for a calendar month, employed on average at least 30 hours of service per week, or 130 hours of service per month. Also referred to as Workforce.
Total Full-Time Employees (section)- A table capturing the aggregate count of all full-time employees by gender and race/ethnicity.
Total Full-Time Employees (Overview)- The total count of all Full-Time Employees, including any Senior Leaders or Owners employed, for the entity or organization named.
Ticker Symbol (Stock Symbol)
An identifier required for publicly traded corporations on RoundTables. For subsidiaries, business lines, or divisions without separate ownership, the parent organization's Ticker Symbol is reported.
U
Unique Identifier
Unique Identifiers are used as an alternative to providing Names. Unique Identifiers can be alpha numeric or numeric strings, such as employee IDs. Any Unique Identifiers should be retained by the organization for reference in future updates to entries.
V
Verification Code
A 6-digit code received at registration. This code is a secondary verification for users that have one or more matching organizations on RoundTables.
Valid Data Point
Valid Data Points are considered any response that does not leave room for assumptions.

Whitelist
A list of an internal organization email domains used to authenticate registering team members.
