While Senior Leadership can vary between organizations, RoundTables defines these decision makers as the highest levels of leadership and executive management. This includes C-Suite and those individuals reporting directly to the CEO (or Managing General Partner) who manage a division with profit and loss (P&L) within an organization. In larger organizations, this may also include individuals within two reporting levels of the CEO (or Managing General Partner) that lead a division with P&L.
- C-Suite Executives: These are the top leaders who make the important plans for the company, like the CEO, or Managing General Partner, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO – basically, the bosses with "Chief" in their title.
- Executive Team/Leadership Team: This includes the CEO, or Managing General Partner, and the people who report directly to them. It's not just the C-suite roles but also any important roles like MD, EVP, or SVP that report directly to the CEO and manage a division with profit and loss (P&L).
- Executive Committee: This is a key group of executives. They are the ones who make the really big decisions for the organization. You usually need an invitation from the CEO to be part of this group.
Individuals that check 2 columns, at minimum, are considered Senior Leadership.
