When completing Decision Makers, I am getting a popup message that the name field must not be greater than 35 characters. What does this mean and why is it happening?

For identifications that are an individual: Employee, Non-Employee, and Board Member, name fields are restricted to 35 characters. This field is restricted to names and unique identifiers only. This restriction is to prevent the input of organizations as individuals or the use of these fields for commentary.

Please ensure your identification is set to the appropriate type. Organization name fields are restricted to 60 characters to accommodate name and type indicators, such as Inc and LLC.
