The Short Answer
All survey responses must be submitted directly through the RoundTables platform. We are unable to accept demographic information via email, attachments, spreadsheets, or any other channel outside of RoundTables.
This isn't just a policy preference — it's how we ensure your data is accurate, secure, protected, and properly attributed to your firm in your LP's portfolio reporting.
"I'm not comfortable submitting sensitive demographic data online"
We hear this concern and take it seriously. RoundTables was purpose-built with data privacy and security at its core. Here's what you should know:
🔒 Your data is private and protected Demographic information submitted through RoundTables is encrypted and stored securely. Only your LP and authorized Lenox Park Solutions personnel can access your firm's responses — your data is never shared publicly or sold to third parties.
✅ We are fully compliant RoundTables operates in accordance with industry-standard data privacy regulations. Your firm's information is handled with the same level of care and confidentiality you would expect from any institutional-grade platform.
👁️ You control what you see Once submitted, your LP receives your aggregated diversity data to generate their LPI score. Your individual firm's responses are handled with strict confidentiality protocols within the platform.
🏦 Trusted by institutional investors RoundTables is used by leading institutional investors and their portfolio managers across the industry. The platform was designed specifically for the sensitivity of this type of data — your information is in safe hands.
If you have specific compliance or legal questions about data handling, please direct those to your LP who can provide the full data agreement documentation.
"I have additional information I'd like to share beyond the survey"
We appreciate your thoroughness — but the survey is intentionally designed to capture exactly the information your LP requires to generate an accurate and standardized LPI score.
Here's why the survey covers everything needed:
📋 The questions are LP-defined Every question in your survey was specified by your LP based on their portfolio reporting requirements. The survey captures the full scope of what they need — nothing more, nothing less.
⚖️ Standardization is essential For your LP's LPI score to be meaningful and comparable across their entire portfolio, every GP must respond to the same questions in the same format. Supplemental information submitted outside the platform cannot be incorporated into the scoring model.
📊 Additional context belongs in your responses If you feel a question needs more nuance or context, use the response fields within the survey to provide that detail. The platform is designed to capture your firm's full picture accurately.
The best thing you can do for your LP relationship and your firm's representation in their portfolio is to complete the survey thoroughly and accurately within RoundTables.
"I'm not sure my data is being used fairly or accurately"
Your survey responses feed directly into a structured, objective scoring methodology. The LPI score is not subjective — it is calculated from the data you provide using a consistent framework applied equally across all GPs in your LP's portfolio.
If you have concerns about how specific questions are interpreted or what counts toward certain categories, reach out to your LP directly — they can clarify exactly what they are measuring and why.
"I started the survey but I'm not ready to submit all sections yet"
No problem — RoundTables saves your progress automatically as you go. You do not need to complete everything in one sitting. Simply log back in with your invitation email and pick up where you left off before your deadline.
Important: Make sure you submit before your deadline. Incomplete surveys that have not been submitted cannot be counted toward your LP's portfolio reporting.
"Someone else at my firm has the data I need"
You can collaborate with colleagues directly within RoundTables. Rather than collecting data externally and trying to submit it through other means, invite the relevant team members to contribute within the platform itself.
The Bottom Line
RoundTables is the only channel through which your survey responses can be accepted, processed, and counted toward your LP's portfolio reporting. Completing your survey fully and accurately within the platform is the single most important thing you can do to ensure your firm is properly represented.
