Question

We recently responded to a survey, but the data is not showing up in other surveys we are trying to complete. Why is that and how can I import the data?

Answer

You data populates from your organization's Reporting profile. Due to the nature of the data collected,  surveys are isolated events. This means if you choose to provide all data to one and some data to another, the repository for all core data is not impacted. Access and edit permissions of the Reporting profile are restricted to Admins of your organization. These individuals can be found on the Members pages of your organization's profile.
