We have entered in all of our employees, but the Transparency for this section is less than 100%. Why is that?

Answer

Transparency provides insight into what areas of your diversity scores are partially calculated due to some information being unavailable. This can mean information that was not provided or simply not specified. Verify that your counts match, then look to see if you have any employees entered as "Not Specified" for gender or race/ethnicity. Having missing employees or entries that were not specified will result in a score of less than 100%.
